Duties and Responsibilities:

 

Reviews approved applications and contracts to ensure stipulations and conditions have been met and are in adherence to bank policies and procedures.  Ensures completeness of loan documentation and reviews documentation for accuracy and authenticity.  Corrects data input errors and omissions.  Matches incoming contract documents to approved applications and enters data into computer system.  Interacts in a professional manner with dealers, customers and vendors to obtain missing or invalid information and documentation.  Ensures adherence to and compliance with company, insurance and government guarantee specifications on all types of loans.  Other duties as assigned.

 

Job Requirements:

 

High school diploma or its equivalent.  At least one year of loan processing experience or residential real estate experience.  Skills should include typing, PC, knowledge of MicroSoft Word and Excel, and ability to operate standard office equipment.  Excellent communication and organizational skills and ability to work with constant interruptions.  Must be able to process information quickly while maintaining quality by having great attention to detail.  Must be able to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

 

Preferred Job Requirements:

 

At least one year of loan processing experience or residential real estate experience.

Provides exceptional customer service by greeting all customers and assisting them in a prompt, accurate and courteous manner in accordance with established teller policies and bank procedures.  Performs lobby/drive-thru teller functions including balancing teller drawer, accepting and processing account deposits and withdrawals, making transfers, issuing official checks, money orders, and traveler’s checks, cashing checks for banking customers and/or checks issued to our customers, and providing other assistance as requested.  Maintains appropriate currency amounts in teller drawer.  Assists in balancing ATM and researches for errors.  Other duties as assigned.

 

Job Requirements:

 

Must possess High School Diploma or its equivalent.  At least six months of related or cash handling experience.  Skills should include typing, PC, and ability to operate standard office equipment including 10-key calculator.  Excellent interpersonal, verbal communication and listening skills required.  Must be able to handle high customer traffic and constant interruptions.  Position may be stressful, both mentally and physically.  Requires standing for most of the work day, some stooping and reaching and lifting, carrying or moving weights up to 25 pounds.  Must be able to work flexible hours Monday through Friday ranging from 7:15 AM to 6:15 PM and Saturdays from 8:45 AM to 12:15 PM.

Job Summary:

Review loans for proper collateral documentation to ensure the Bank’s collateral position is correct and accurate.  Image all loan documents upon receipt.  Track loan exceptions.  Prepare reports as required.

 

Requirements:

Ability to work well with other employees and customers.  Knowledge of various office machines.  Good grammar.  Ability to follow policy and procedures.

 

Duties:

Check all loans for proper documentation and track all exceptions.  Provide prompt, efficient service.  Load and print all new loan documents when needed.  Prepare credit files for new customers and set up all commercial files in folders.  Answer questions for loan customers and bank employees.  Post recoveries to charge-off loans.  Balance and transmit loan activity daily if needed.  Track and complete title work, UCC’s, etc. needed for loan documentation as needed.  Track documentation for all applications and officer work sheets for purpose on all loans over $10,000 as required by law.  Maintain ample supply of forms, etc. for loan operations department.  Image and scan loan documents prior to filing away.  Maintain scan files.  Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.  Follow Bank Policy and Procedures.  Supervise maintenance of scanning equipment.  

Prepare exception reports:

1.      Full exception report monthly / Update copy bi-monthly to designated person.

2.      Insurance exception.

3.      UCC exception.

4.      UCC acknowledgement exception.

5.      Anniversary date exception.

6.      Property tax exception.

7.      Title exception.

8.      Track and monitor expiration dates.

 

Consumer Notes:

            Load all notes on tickler system and track.

Mortgage Notes:

            Load all notes on tickler system and track.

Commercial Notes:

            Load all notes on tickler system and track.
