Community Development Home Improvement Loans

A Community Development Home Improvement Loan* (CDHIL) is a type of loan that can be used for improvements to a borrower’s primary or second home. A CDHIL is secured by a lien against the borrower’s principal dwelling or second home and the property is located in a low-moderate income census tract or the borrowers income qualifies as low-moderate income.
